Clearbrook Fire Department Fish Fry Saturday, April 27

The Clearbrook Volunteer Fire Department is sponsoring a Fish Fry and Fundraiser on Saturday, April 27th, 2019, in the Banquet Room at the Clearbrook Community Center.  Serving will begin at 5:00 PM. The Fish Fry will be prepared by the culinary division of the fire department with our fine specialty cooks doing the frying! They have upgraded their fryers this year in an effort to provide a more consistent product with less waiting. Come check it out! 

The Clearbrook Fire Department is also doing a raffle fundraiser to go along with our Fish Fry. The Grand Prize is $10,000 with five $100 also drawn!  Tickets cost $100 with only 200 tickets being sold! Buy for yourself, or split one with a group. The drawing will be held at 8:30 PM on April 27th. Tickets are available from any of our firefighters. 

There is an effort at the state level to focus on the health and well-being of fire personnel. Clearbrook Fire received a grant to purchase equipment to clean our turnout gear. Gear washers and dryers not only serve to extend the life of their gear, but they are especially designed to remove the chemicals and carcinogens that are proven causes of illness and disease in firefighters. The money raised at this year’s fundraiser will be used to defray the cost of installing the equipment in the hall.
