Board approved final drawings for new addition

The Clearbrook-Gonvick School board approved the final drawing for the new addition to the east end of the elementary wing of the school. The two east rooms have doors to the outside and the third one has a door out the west side of the room. The rooms are bigger than the ones that are currently being used as it has 1,100 square feet. Classes will be able to be conducted in the older section while the building construction is being done.

Consent Calendar

Old Business

Discussion was held on what is to be paid to the City of Clearbrook for use of the old gym space down town. The city would like to redo the floor and do other maintenance issues. 

The Rainwater Pond update is still in the planning stages.

New business

The Post Issuance Debt Compliance Policy passed.

The insurance bids that were presented were not approved.

The board approved applying for the ADISS Teacher addition for K-3 Math.

Kip Hanson was approved from part time to full time in the custodian position and approved the resignation of Kathy Bergman from the school kitchen staff.

Make up days because of the last storm will be a staff makeup day with no students.

Kindergarten graduation is set for Wednesday, May 22.
